Brian Anderson brings 27 years of civil engineering and personnel management experience. His experience covers a wide range of projects including small to large commercial centers, high-density residential complexes, and large-scale industrial projects in both hillside and flat land terrain. Mr. Anderson is very successful in organizing, training, and managing design staff to provide high quality civil engineering services from conceptual design to construction documents in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Mr. Anderson has managed projects and programs from San Diego to Sacramento and has a comprehensive knowledge of the many requirements of government agencies involved in all levels of project design including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 77, Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Army Corps of Engineers, California State Water Resources Control Board, Caltrans, Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering and Building & Safety, and many other local agencies, water districts, and flood control districts.

Mr. Anderson is currently overseeing the design of multiple new industrial/warehouse/distribution center buildings, several solid waste material transfer & recovery facilities, and commercial redevelopments ranging from single tenant pad buildings to larger multi-tenant retail centers.
